NWA Fan Fest
Charlotte, NC
My aunt and uncle took me to the NWA Fan Fest. We went there originally to
meet the legends I had no clue anyone else would be there until I started
talking to this girl. She was talking about how she was in the ring with
Matt Hardy....somehow or another she mentioned Nora and Lisa (Ivory) were in
the other room. Imagine my excitement. I love all the divas Nora just so
happens to be my favorite.
I was excited, so I had my aunt run my wheelchair as fast as she could into the
other room LOL! We go in there and I get really shy when I don't know what to do
so I'm just sitting there all star struck. When Lisa came over and greeted me
bringing Nora with her.
They asked me how I was liking everything. I said it was a dream come true,
I was kinda star struck by it all. A guy came up in started talking to Lisa
so she got sidetracked a moment. I had a little conversation with Nora and
then my aunt mentioned my websites (have no idea why) and then Lisa asked
who my favorites were (besides her and Nora of course :-) ) I immediantly
named off The Hardyz and The Hurricane and Lisa said something about
sidekicks and Nora gave her this look like and Lisa was like "But Nora was
the original sidekick." We talked about a few storylines invovling the
Hardyz.
Then we took a picture or as Lisa said "a Sassy picture" and they
told me to come back when it was dry. All and all it was a blast. I hope I
get to meet Nora again she was such a sweetheart. Meeting her meant a lot to
me.
